＜Liquid feed control＞
Injection pump is controlled in order to keep the liquid feed pressure below a prescribed value.
Liquid feeding is completed when the rate of concentration increase drops below a prescribed value.
Liquid feed pressure and feed liquid quantity can be set according to the ingredients used.
The small amount of bean jam liquid remaining in the ingredient tank can also be dewatered.

＜Dewatering Control＞
Dewatering pressure and time are controlled according to the ingredients used.
Dewatering control can be set to any of 6 different patterns.
Programmed dewatering control is executed reliably, to produce very uniform bean jam.
By specifying 6 points, it is possible to automatically create operation patterns.

＜Removing finished bean jam＞
Remove the finished bean jam by directly striking and breaking off the top of the filter cloth.
The amount of striking force and the striking time can be varied as necessary.
